Covering an area of 520 square kilometers this wildlife sanctuary & tiger reserve is home to 488 different species of plants and 600 species of birds, leaving aside several species of mammals and reptiles. As you make your way in the depths of the forest during your jungle safari, you can also see some beautiful mammals like Rhesus Macaque, Langur, Sambar, Barking Deer, Nilgai, Wild Boar, Asian Elephants, Jackal and Leopard.

Only 220 Kms from Delhi border makes our resorts best destinations for weekend travellers as one can reach within 4 to 5 hours from Delhi. We have 10 luxury tents with AC and all basic amenities for the family along with kids play area and swimming pool. To give you more luxury, very soon we are coming with Cottages. We have restaurant with sitting capacity for more than 50 people at a time along the river side with various cuisines available in the restaurant.
Lansdowne is a town and a hill station situated on the Kotdwar - Pauri road at a height of 1,780 m in Uttarakhand, located in the Pauri district of Uttarakhand, 20 km from Crocus River Resort. Places of interest around the city include Tip n Top View Point, Kaleshwar Mahadev Temple which is the most visited Temple in Lansdowne, Santoshi Mata Temple, Regimental Museum (also called the Darwan Singh Sanghralaya), Bhullatal Lake, St. Mary's Church, and Lover's lane. Excursions from the city can go to the Tadkeshwar Mahadev Temple, Bhairav Garhi Temple.
